dedicated to justice

Attorney A.C. Uribe has dedicated his life to fighting for justice to those that are denied. He has worked to better his community and to help those and through his efforts works to help others achieve their own version of the American Dream.  He draws his inspiration from his family.  Attorney A.C. Uribe's parents are life long educators who were active in the Chicano Movement of the late 60s and early 70s. This activism stemmed from a commitment by his parents whose love of this country drove them to make this country a better place for the underserved. Attorney A.C. Uribe's commitment to serving our country, stems from his upbringing in being raised by a family of military veterans. Starting with his Grandfather a WWII veteran (who inspired him to attend law school), his grandfather was a sharecroper born into poverty in rural Nebraska and like many in similar situations served our country proudly in WWII.  Attorney A.C.Uribe recognizes the opportunity the military offered his grandfather, and lifted his own family out of poverty. Further Attorney A.C.Uribe's father along with his uncles and aunts are Vietnam Era Veterans, who served proudly in the military. Suffice to say Attorney A.C. Uribe was raised in an environment of owing service to this nation.

Mr. Uribe continues this tradition of service to his country by representing the rights of those wronged by our justice system and also in his efforts as a member of various community service organizations in and around the Greater Los Angeles area. He is an attorney that is dedicated to serving the community through helping others. Before he became an attorney he taught middle school in the Teach for America Program.  As a first year teacher he won the Rookie Teacher of the Year award at Jose de Diego Middle School and went on to acheive success in the classroom teaching at a KIPP: College Preparatory School where his students became top performers in county assessment tests.  We continue to give back to the community mentoring students from the local community.
